Kısaca: reklam, analitik veya takip çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Aşağıdaki kayıtların hepsi hizmetin çalışması için zorunludur; bu nedenle onayınız istenmez, ama ne olduklarını bilmeniz için hepsini burada listeliyoruz.

4. Kayıtları silmek

Tarayıcınızın ayarlarından çerezleri ve site verilerini dilediğiniz an silebilir ya da engelleyebilirsiniz. Paneldeki zorunlu çerezleri engellerseniz oturum açamazsınız; sohbet penceresinin kaydını silerseniz yeni bir sohbet başlar.

5. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

In short: we use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Everything below is strictly necessary for the service to work, so we do not ask for consent — but we list all of it so you know what it is.

1. voxrium.com (this website)

The site sets no cookies. Everything, fonts included, is served from our own server; opening a page sends no request to Google or any other third party.

Relevant only to signed-in hotel staff. Session cookies are HttpOnly and Secure: page scripts cannot read them and they are only sent over encrypted connections.

“Connect WhatsApp”. When you press this button, Meta’s login window opens and Meta’s own script loads; Meta may use its own cookies at that point, governed by Meta’s Cookie Policy. No request goes to Meta unless you press the button.

When a hotel adds the Voxrium chat widget to its website, the widget keeps the following in that site’s browser storage. It uses no cookies.

4. Clearing them

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you block the dashboard’s necessary cookies you cannot sign in; if you clear the widget’s storage a new chat starts.
